Introduction

Everyone has a story, that should be heard, and have a space where their healing journey can begin. I aid to create a safe, non-judgement space and a therapeutic relationship for clients to share their story, process their pain, and find healing. I specialize in working with children (5+), teens (12+), women, and couples struggling with behavioral issues, emotional regulation, anxious distress, depressed mood, grief/loss, postpartum issues, eating disorders, unhealthy body and food relationship, and communication issues and high conflict. The way I approach varies from client to client. I draw from various evidenced based therapeutic approaches to cater to my clients specific needs. I use a combination of Person Centered, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Compassion Focused lens, Gottman Method. We were made for community and to foster relationships, one being a therapeutic relationship between your therapist and you. You don't have to walk through the healing journey alone. It may be challenging to reach out for help, please know I am here for you. We can go on this journey together.
