Introduction

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. First, I commend you for taking this step towards mental wellness and resilience! Are you struggling to move on from painful experiences? Were you in an antagonistic relationship and walked on eggshells at times? Feeling sad, angry, anxious, depressed and overwhelmed are emotions we all feel. They can also cause us to feel paralyzed and stuck if left ignored. As your therapist, together we will identify and practice different coping strategies you can use when you are out of your window of tolerance, and we will work on healing from previous traumatic experiences and unhealthy, antagonistic relationships using EMDR, CBT and IFS.
