Hi, I'm Crystal a proud mama of three living children and one angel baby. As a Latina woman I am passionate about working with underserved communities to offer a nonjudgmental space that promotes deep healing and self compassion. As a highly sensitive person, I'm able to tune into details on a deep level. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are facing challenges that leave them feeling overwhelmed. I will help you explore, process, and heal from past and current traumas so that you can listen to your intuition and move towards a better quality of life.
