Introduction

I've long thought the visual of crossing waters to be an excellent metaphor for the path that lies ahead in many of life's difficult situations...and the work done in the therapy room. Desired destinations, unexpected storms, and unknown territory. It is my job to come along side of you and help you gain your bearings while we clarify where you are in your journey and develop a plan for moving forward. Whether you are facing long-standing familiar difficulties that continue to hinder you or encountering frightening situations for the first time that threaten to unravel life as you know it, you need to know there is hope. In addition to treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, areas of professional expertise include the assessment/treatment of symptoms secondary to medical diagnoses and geriatric related concerns. I also highly value giving attention to the whole person - physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of wellbeing. Don't struggle alone. Reach out and let's see if, together, we can get you to higher ground.
