I offer a personalized approach blending evidence-based practice, flexibility, and compassion to meet you where you are. I have spent much of my career working with people who have experienced trauma and continue to struggle with related mental health concerns like depression, insomnia, anxiety, and substance use. I have extensive experience with Veterans. It is difficult to reach out for help for so many reasons. Yet, reaching out helps you move toward what you want and away from being stuck. My approach provides a safe caring space to explore, learn, and grow. Helping you be the person you want to be is my primary focus.
