My Specialties and Approaches EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer hold the same emotional weight. EMDR Combined with IFS (Internal Family Systems) This integrative approach deepens the healing. IFS views the mind as a system of “parts”, some that carry pain, some that protect, and others that embody our core strengths. By combining EMDR and IFS, we honor each part of you while gently processing trauma, often resulting in profound transformation, inner harmony, and self-compassion. Sandtray Therapy Some emotions are too complex for words. Sandtray Therapy provides a creative, tactile way to explore and express deep feelings using symbols and miniatures. This method is especially helpful in healing trauma, offering a safe and symbolic space for organic insight and emotional healing.
