My goal is to lead you to recovery and give you the skills to maintain a healthy life without me in a year or less. The quicker we create new habits, the quicker you get your life back. My solution-focused approach allows me to help you find the blind spots in your perspective so you can create a realistic plan on how to move forward in your life. Whether you are dealing with addiction, self-harm, or self-damaging habits, I am here to meet you where you are at. Abstinence is not my goal if its not yours. My approach to gradually reducing use/harm has shown better results for long term recovery you can maintain.
