Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping adults improve their mental health. My work focuses on helping clients feel empowered to identify and change thinking and behavior that is not helping them live their best lives. I believe that my job is helping the client reach his/her/their goals. I love to work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, sad, anxious, indecisive, or have any other painful emotion. I also have special passion for working with people with trauma and have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy in order to assist clients with trauma in minimizing traumatic symptoms.
