Introduction

My name is Crissy and I am a marriage and family therapist based in Birmingham, Alabama. I am deeply honored to be a part of change for my clients as they grow and reach their goals. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to figure out how you want your life to look and collaboratively ensure consistent progression towards your goals along the way. I believe that therapy is not "one size fits all". While working collaboratively with my clients, I utilize evidence based theories and feedback check-ins to tailor the best approach for your therapeutic goals. I believe that you’re the author to your own life, and therapy can be a great place to turn a new page, start a new chapter, and write your book in the way you want. Through authentic change, you can become your best self in all areas of life. If you feel that I would be a good fit to help you write your story or would simply like more information about me, please reach out.
