Introduction

Life is hard. It doesn’t give breaks, or breathers, or care how hectic your day is. Worst of all, life convinces you that your troubles are entirely your own and everyone else has it all together. The reality is, others share your heartache, anxiety, or trauma. I sit with them. I hear them. Together we find a path through it to manage all that life throws at us. Let me walk with you on your journey. “You help me find peace in my trauma.” ~Client I have had the pleasure of seeing clients come from dire situations to recovery. Each one is on a journey, some farther along, all at their own pace. I am a compassionate ear for parents in heartache from a tragic a loss. I sit with young adults as they learn who they are and how to cope with a world that is not what the fairy tales promised. Having a sounding board outside your day-to-day friends, family, and coworkers is a powerful resource. My office is a safe place where everything you share is in confidence. Topics off limits in other circles are welcome and encouraged.
