Introduction

I offer family and individual counseling for all ages. Maybe you are tired of things being the same cycle that doesn't work or want better relationships with family or friends. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, or you have other relationships or lifestyle concerns. It is my goal to support you in realizing and living your best self. I strive to provide and continuously improve on ways to support equity and social justice, non-violence, and strengths based, trauma informed care. I am EMDR Trained. My approach purposefully integrates different theories to be clinically relevant to the individual receiving services. I offer walk-&-Talk appointments. I have 10 years of experience in human services working with individuals experiencing developmental differences with mental health concerns.
