With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio, I've been providing psychotherapy since 2019. I use measure-based and evidence-based approaches that have shown to be effective in change. I work towards cultivating self-sufficiently in a person's life. Working towards the day where you will be able to use the skills taught in therapy on your own. To support you in managing your experiences and relationships in a way that feels healthy and right to you in the long run. I have helped people overcome their struggles with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, sex issues, self-harm behaviors, and traumas. My background includes working with nonprofits, psychiatric hospitals, and substance treatment centers supporting marginalized communities, including people experiencing homelessness, those struggling with addiction, and survivors of intimate partner violence, as well as crisis situations.
