Craig is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with adults, couples, teens and families while specializing in working with those who experience intense anxiety and trauma. He also works with individuals who struggle with depression, non-suicidal self harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, school refusal and other behavior issues. Craig is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT prolonged Exposure, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), the Gottman Method and offers parent coaching for parents with anxious children. Craig has a history of co-leading adult DBT, Multifamily DBT, and Parents with Anxious Children skills classes. In addition, Craig is a member of the International OCD Foundation and enjoys advocating for those with anxiety challenges. He is passionate about mindfulness and helping people reach their emotional potential through a life worth living.
