Introduction

As a solution-focused counselor, I believe my role is to help you build realistic solutions to your life problems. I have over 12 years of post-licensure clinical experience, specializing in issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, life transition issues, relationship conflicts, trauma, grief, and general stress management. I believe in providing a safe, collaborative, and client-centered therapeutic space where we can achieve your goals! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, offering online therapy throughout the State of Texas. Being solution-focused means that I am eager to get us on the path to finding personalized solutions for the concerns you're facing. This doesn’t mean I give unsolicited advice as if I’m the expert on how you should live, love, or be; rather, I am here to collaborate with you to find what works in your unique life. I know starting with a new therapist can be a bit daunting for some, and that’s alright. I do strive to keep this an even-handed, conversational, and productive therapeutic relationship at every turn by remaining open, empathic, available, and non-judgmental. During our time together, it will always be OK to be you.
