Introduction

Do you want to be more of an author of your own life story as you navigate problematic emotions, thoughts, and patterns. I focus on empowering you to find your voice and explore the stories that shape identity including culture, sexuality, gender, spirituality, loss, and other ways we make sense of our world. I enjoy creating a warm, supportive space focused on increasing positive emotions, improving relationships, finding flow, and seeking deeper personal meaning. I work curiously and collaboratively toward building a more preferred story by moving from what is known toward what it is possible to know in order to create lasting change. With over 10 years of experience primarily with university students, I draw from a variety of approaches including Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.
