Introduction

I am a deaf biracial woman with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, grief, and stress. I work with deaf/hh clients who are fluent in American Sign Language. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and compassion. Your sessions will be tailored to meet your unique needs, and will include tools to help you "outside" of therapy. My therapy approach is eclectic and might include psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, and/or somatic therapies. I am here to support and empower you as you navigate your journey to wholeness.
