Introduction

I recognize that coming into counseling can be one of the most challenging things a person can do for themselves. In my work I strive to meet every teen, adult, and parent where they are in order to be most effective in communicating. I take a collaborative approach in working towards an individual’s goals and along the way can provide education, support, and a new perspective. In my work I have used empirically supported theories to treat depression, anxiety, and OCD in both children/adolescents and adults. My hope for every client is that they feel empowered and able to take on life’s challenges.
