Hi there! My name is Courtney and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. I have over 12 years experience in the mental health world. I have worked with patients in a psychiatric hospital setting as a Recreational Therapist, worked as a School Counselor for 8 years, and most recently working as a Crisis Counselor for a local school system. I like to use a person centered approach to find the best strategies to help my clients. I believe that everyone has the ability to change and find the life they are looking for. Life is hard and it can feel like something is always impeding on your happiness. Therapy can be a space where you feel validated, heard, and supported. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
