Whether you’re struggling with general anxiety, depression, self-esteem or relationship issues, or specifically struggling with issues related to pregnancy/postpartum such as trying-to-conceive, perinatal mood disorders, grief/loss, or adjusting to parenthood, I provide support and guidance to help you with greater ease and resilience. I offer a warm, safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive place for you to talk about your pain & feel understood. I will help navigate your feelings, fears, & joys. My approach to therapy is guided by each client, as I believe each person is unique, deserving of individualized treatment. I have experience with individual, family, & group sessions & with high-risk clients in partial care & intensive outpatient programs. I have experience with children, adolescents, & adults. I am certified in perinatal mental health. We will work together to improve your mood, manage your worries, and learn strategies to cope with the stress you are experiencing. You will be heard, and you will leave sessions feeling seen, supported, & more at ease. I look forward to us learning more about each other.
