Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY25970) in California and I’ve been practicing psychotherapy for over 10 years. I offer individual psychotherapy services to adults residing in California. I provide therapy in-person at my Walnut Creek office or online via teletherapy. I am passionate about helping people make changes in their lives. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy for an evidence-based approach to therapy. In therapy you can explore what, if any, changes you want to make and learn skills to meet your goals. You may not feel ready to change. That’s ok. My work focuses on meeting you where you are with a non-judgmental and collaborative approach. I rely on research, clinical experience, and an understanding of you as an individual to guide our work together. My areas of expertise including treating substance use problems, anxiety, and depression as well as helping people transition to difficult life situations. Please reach out if you are interested and I'd be happy to schedule a free, phone consultation.
