I empower high-functioning depressed women to overcome the burden of people-pleasing. I love combining Internal Family Systems, breathing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. Together we can pinpoint what is not working and establish inner peace and confidence. Each session is your safer space with your goals in mind as we create lasting change and (slowly) take off the mask(s).
