Can you be honest? Are you ready for change? Are you tired of living the way you've been living? Does a part of you answer "yes" to these questions? The process of therapy can change you- if you allow it to. You do have to show up to and for yourself. And if you do, you can move from the place you have been to where you want to go. This is what I've seen over the last 15 years in practice. It's not always quick, but hope is possible. New things are on the horizon for you. Some of the tools I utilize in my practice are EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Attachment theory, EFT, IFS and Psychodynamic theories. These theories give me a framework to start from - however, I see therapy as a very collaborative process with each client I see. I believe humans are capable of tremendous growth and healing. Please reach out if this is something you are ready for.
