Most currently, I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and operate my own private practice out of Willow Counseling Collective, an office of independent therapists sharing community & office space. My previous experience includes in-patient, center-based, school-based, and group private practice. I am passionate in helping people learn how to build their confidence, find and be true to their authentic selves, and enjoy their daily life more. Mental health is serious but we don't always have to be. Sometimes we may cry together, other times we may laugh & find humor amidst the hard stuff. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, & gently challenging. The most powerful predictor for positive therapeutic outcomes is the therapeutic alliance, the bond between client and therapist. I strive to create a judgement-free environment where you can show up as you are.
