Introduction

I believe in you and your ability to heal! As a trained EMDR therapist, my goal is focused on helping you let go of what is no longer working for you; including thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs. Often, the wounds of the past interfere with our happiness today. I create a calm, compassionate and caring environment for you to be able to resolve those issues so that you may embrace your true self. It's an honor for me to be part of your journey. I work with adolescents through adulthood.
