As your therapist, my goal is to partner with you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. With over 5 years of experience in the field, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and find relief. In our sessions, we will collaborate to create customized goals and a plan to achieve them. By addressing today's obstacles, you'll emerge better equipped to handle future challenges. I strive to create an environment where humor and authenticity are welcome and where we can work together to find the path forward that feels best for you. I support individuals of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, abilities, religions, sizes, and family structures. Whether you're seeking guidance through a challenging time or looking to explore past trauma, I'm here for you. I completed my Bachelor of Arts at the University of Puget Sound in 2012 with a dual degree in Psychology and French Literature. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2019. I am currently licensed in Washington state as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). My journey towards the therapeutic field began during my college years when I was studying political science. As I delved into psychology and sociology courses, I developed a passion for understanding human behavior and helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. It was there that I realized the profound impact we can have on individuals and communities through curiosity, listening, and empathy. My commitment to social justice values is a guiding force in my life and work. I believe that everyone deserves support, understanding, and the opportunity to grow. Drawing from my own experiences of receiving invaluable support, I'm driven to be part of that support system for others. I strive to be the kind of therapist I would want for myself and my loved ones: compassionate, non-judgmental, and dedicated to my clients’ well-being. In these complex and challenging times, my goal is to provide a secure space where you can ask questions, explore your thoughts, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy diving into a good book, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with my family, including my two beloved cats. I offer services in person and via telehealth. I accept payment via credit/debit card. I am in network with Premera and Regence and I also work with Lyra Health (an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)). I have current openings for immediate scheduling. I also offer a complimentary initial 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss any further questions you may have. Seeking help is a courageous choice, and I look forward to working with you!
