My practice incorporates a variety of treatment modalities into the therapeutic approach. This flexibility allows me to meet your individualized needs. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused, Psycho-Dynamic, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Family Centered approaches are a large part of my work. I also use DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) education and skills in sessions. Together, you and I can work collaboratively in order to create the healing and change you are seeking. I feel very fortunate to be able to connect with others. I have great passion for helping people reach their goals and desired changes. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am a spouse of a First Responder and the mother of two awesome children. Snuggling up with my two adorable doodle pups and being in nature are ways in which I find relaxation and joy.
