Introduction

I approach therapy with an openness and a sense-of-humor that allows clients the space to grow in a meaningful and intentional way. I hold the belief that every human experiences pain and that every human is deserving of a meaningful life. I promote a safe non-judgmental environment while working with clients and believe that transparency and authenticity are key factors in therapy. I know that therapy is hard work - I am constantly moved by the courage clients show during the therapeutic process. I am humbled by the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their way towards meaningful change, and I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space. Our paths aren't always something we're certain about - we find ourselves at different places throughout our lifetime. Through individual work, I assist clients in identifying meaning, purpose, and direction through varies treatment modalities. Self-awareness is the first step in connecting how one's thoughts and feelings drive behavior.
