As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating a wide range of life transitions and experiences. My clinical background includes not only private practice but also positions within the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Children and Families. I’ve supported clients living with conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and major depression, among others. My educational foundation is rooted in psychology, sociology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, neuropsychology, and communications—fields that deeply inform my integrative approach to therapy. In our work together, I strive to foster a space that supports your growth toward self-awareness and self-actualization. Whether we’re exploring long-standing patterns or addressing current life challenges, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe healing is not linear and that each person's journey is uniquely their own. I honor your lived experiences as powerful tools for building self-trust, authenticity, and confidence in your choices. You are welcome to show up just as you are—and invited to grow from there. Please note: There is currently a waitlist for evening and weekend sessions.
