With my background in holistic health, Ayurvedic medicine, meditation and yoga, I bring an integrative and somatic style to my practice. I have a special interest in trauma and how we can rebuild the nervous system to regain harmony. As a practitioner of Vedic astrology, I can also look at your tendencies and the patterns from a karmic and soul-level. You are worthy of living a life you enjoy, and I encourage you not to delay if that quiet voice inside of you is directing you towards therapy.
