Introduction

Do you find it difficult to be your authentic self, feel accepted, or that you belong in a world that pushes for individuals to act, think, and be a certain way to be “normal”? Do you feel exhausted from the continuous effort you put in just to survive the day? Do you want to be your true self, as well as have deep and meaningful relationships with the ones that you care most for? I have a passion for working with a wide range of communities including: LGBTQIA+, survivors of trauma, couples and relationships (traditional, non-traditional, polyamorous), grief and bereavement, family work, and the Kink Community. I am trained in both in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, I have experience in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) Therapy, which are often utilized for counseling through trauma. We all deserve to have a space of safety, non-judgment, and growth to unearth who we truly are. I aim to meet you at your comfort level and be a tool for your growth.
