Introduction

I am a Polyvagal-Informed Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with a background in Functional Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Neuroscience, and Eastern Philosophies. I have been in the mental health field since 2004 and have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. I have provided mental health services in a variety of settings including elementary schools, high schools, residential facilities, group homes, outpatient clinics, substance use rehabilitation centers, private practice, and in the great outdoors. I specialize in treating trauma, personality disorders, problematic sexual behaviors, and co-occurring substance use disorders.
