Introduction

I currently offer telehealth psychotherapy services for adults in Minnesota. I have a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and completed a yearlong predoctoral internship at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. Since 2015, I have worked with adults (individuals and couples) to resolve a variety of problems. I have a particular interest in issues related to relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences, stress management, and identity development. My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients learn to be intentional in their choices and to find meaningful ways to be in the world.
