Introduction

Have you experienced an event that has drastically shaken your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings? Are there days that you are overcome with anxiety that you just can not seem to shake? Have you experienced a loss that has robbed you of hope? Robert Frost said "the only way out is through", you do not have to go through it alone. I specialize in helping clients navigate complex trauma, grief, life transitions, and anxiety/depression, all which can have a negative impact on finding your must fulfilled life. I enjoy working with adult individuals and couples, veterans, first responders, and gender and sexual minorities. While there is no magic trauma eraser (at least not yet!), we can work together in identifying ways to heal. Using evidence based practices such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will work collaboratively to reach your goals! Seeking counseling is a very brave step and living a rich and authentic life can happen. I offer a safe and affirming space to do the work. I offer evening, in office and via telehealth appointments. I look forward to walking along you in your journey towards healing.
