Is it too much? Do you want it just to go away? Are you wondering if the hurt will ever stop? Do you need someone safe to unload all that you are carrying? I am ready when you are. My perspective on counseling is to work towards a goal of emotional, psychological, physical, relational, and spiritual wholeness. My first step is to get to know you and the full scope of the problem. Then we work towards relieving some of the heaviness you are carrying. Next, we figure out how this happened and how you can heal and keep you from experiencing this pain again. I am a certified clinical trauma professional. In addition, I have been trained in both phases one and two of Brainspotting training. I am also trained to help you process the struggles in your marriage with Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am certified through SYMSIS to do premarital counseling.
