You and I will work together as a team to help you achieve your goals to decrease stress and increase coping skills from struggling with emotional and behavioral issues, personality disorders, sexuality, domestic violence, women’s issues, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, family trauma, and dysfunction. My goal is to help you engage in the process of making meaningful change. I believe this is achieved by understanding one’s own needs and by developing ways to meet these needs to create balance in life. This is possible when people are able to acknowledge the power of their choices and begin to use their voice as a means to overcome their unique challenges. I believe in building a positive counseling relationship and I find it a privilege to do the work I do.
