Introduction

From as early as I can remember, I have always wanted to understand relationships and how life circumstances impact us. I decided early on that I wanted to make that my life work. I have found that when people work together and practice compassion, the possibilities are endless. I have worked with countless individuals, couples, and families understand themselves and their loved ones. I have worked in a variety of settings, including residential, clinical, and non-profit organizations. I have a certificate of proficiency in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and training in Families OverComing Under Stress (FOCUS) and Gottman Couples Therapy. Other trainings include but are not limited to Domestic Violence and LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy. However, what I have learned the most is that life throws things our way that we didn't ask for, and people find remarkable ways to overcome it. We are programmed to be extremely resilient. I will walk by your side to offer support and compassion to get you to where you want to be.
