Introduction

Hi! I'm Cori Taitz (she/her), LMHC, PMH-C. I’m a psychotherapist who works with adults around managing anxiety, burnout, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. I also specialize in parenting and perinatal mental health with a focus on helping my clients navigate the emotional challenges that arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and at every age and stage of their parenting lives. I love being a therapist because I have always been fascinated by people’s experiences, stories, and feelings. I strive to make genuine, meaningful connections with all of my clients so that they – you! – can feel comfortable being open and honest about what has brought you to therapy. I believe that change happens through connection, communication, and collaboration. In that spirit, our work together will feel like an evolving, ongoing conversation. I will listen mindfully and ask thought-provoking questions to further explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I’ll offer honest, compassionate feedback to help you improve your self-awareness, collaborate with you on creating realistic paths to change, and empower you to welcome those changes into your life. My practice is affirmative, open, and supportive to people of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities, and religious practices. Whether we meet online or in person, I provide a judgement-free space for you to show up as you are and feel what you feel without having all the answers. During our work together, no topic is off-limits. By prioritizing this time for yourself, you’re taking meaningful steps towards healing, connection, self-empowerment, and lasting change. Therapy is your time. You deserve it.
