Introduction

I am currently accepting new clients and I look forward to the opportunity to support you. I specialize in work with children, teens, and young adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, sports performance, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, and interpersonal connection. I work by partnering with my clients to allow them the space to move at their own pace in this journey, while also learning to sit in uncomfortable emotions and finding empowerment in self discovery and self determination. I offer an eclectic approach that is tailored to you and your specific needs including work in DBT, RO-DBT, CBT, SFBT, and ACT. I offer specialization and focus on athletes and the struggles they are facing, as a former athlete myself, I have first hand understanding of the trials, tribulations, joy and connection sports provide. I provide a non-judgmental and open space to provide support not only to yourself as an athlete but as a whole person. I provide Telehealth support for all clients, and for those interested I also offer walk-and-talk session options in Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Walk-and-talk therapy is a form of therapeutic support that involves taking session time outdoors and engaging in intentional and mindful movement while discussing therapeutic content.
