Introduction

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem or burnout, I’d love to help you feel better. My therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered. My approach is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep respect for individual experiences. As a queer individual and self-identified nerd, I have a strong interest in working with the LGBTQ+ and geek/nerd communities to help explore how our various identities intersect with our sense of self and impact current life circumstances.
