I graduated from Portland State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I then graduated from George Fox University in 2024 and hold a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling. Currently I am a Registered Marriage and Family Associate Therapist. I served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, which remains to be some of the best and most difficult times I have endured. I am excited to use my knowledge, military background, and empathy to connect, work and pilot services toward providing care with individuals, couples, and groups. I hope to promote healthy relationships and help others with their struggles involving PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma while building a positive sense of self. I am passionate and empathetic, positive yet realistic. My counseling approach focuses on the use of Restoration Therapy in which exploring an individual’s pain and peace cycle, history, and communication patterns may lead to a deeper understanding of who we are as individuals and better explain the choices that we make. From here, we are able to set personal goals and inspire life changes. While exploring these aspects of ourselves we focus on and unearth emotions and facilitate the ability to create deeper connections with others
