I am a licensed clinical social worker focusing on reproductive mental health, perinatal loss and integrating trauma. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR. Transitioning into parenthood, no matter if this is your first or tenth child, is a process that contains within it so much potential for growth and building self-awareness. The motivation to be the best version of yourself for your children can fuel this transition. Birthing children is the most radical thing a human can do and with that there is potential for struggle and can bring up past disturbances as well. I would be honored to accompany you through this transition and support your healthy integration.
