Introduction

Enhancing the here and now requires an integration of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Does anxiety and depression seem to be in the way of you being your ideal self and building resiliency? Are past experiences impacting your current ones? Your capacity to change hinges on support, and I can help as a licensed professional counselor. Providing psychotherapy through a trauma-informed lens, I do what I do because people only get one life, and I hope to give them the ability to live it how they want. My treatment specialization is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I have a master's degree in counseling and welcome adults of all ages. Many of the people I treat are individuals coping with stress, anxiety, fear and sadness, people who need validation of their experiences and who need the ability to act on what is important to them. I can help power in you the freedom to act as you want without hindrance. Give me a call for a free consultation to see if we're a good fit. Freedomtohealcounseling.com
