Introduction
Hello! My name is Cordelia and I am an intern therapist working towards completing my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University. My approach to therapy is very collaborative in nature; I believe that people are the experts of their own lives and relationships. My goals for therapy, then, are to help you help yourself by coming alongside you in a safe, non-judging, and dedicated space to process and work through whatever it is that is bringing you in; and to help you tap into resiliencies that you might not yet know exist - or that have been overshadowed by difficult experiences, emotions, feelings, or thoughts! As your therapist, I will strive to help you to deconstruct the negative or unpreferred stories that you hear or tell yourself about yourself and/or your relationships. I will also strive to help you learn more about yourself, your loved ones, and your ways of relating to another.
