Introduction

Seeking therapy is an important and courageous choice. As a licensed psychologist, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients through challenges and triumphs. Working as a team, I want to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings, develop new ways of connecting to yourself and others, and grow towards the healthiest you. I provide clinical therapy services for a wide variety of clients, including athletes, military and law enforcement personnel, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have years of experience working with diverse clients in both private practice and university settings, treating a wide range of concerns including anxiety and OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, body image and eating concerns, trauma, and much more. As a sport and performance specialist, I have extensive training and experience working with athletes and performers to increase confidence, manage anxiety and pressures, and achieve goals in all areas of life. Beyond providing clinical therapy services, I am passionate about engaging with groups, companies, and teams to achieve their highest potential. I provide a range of educational trainings and workshops to enhance performance, develop mental skills, and foster leadership development and team cohesion. Workshops and speaking engagements can be tailored to meet the unique needs of your group.
