Introduction

Hello! I'm an LCSW - a therapist and counselor who really believes in possibility and healing. I work from a trauma informed framework, incorporating many different evidenced based treatments. I think one of the most important things a therapist can offer is a reminder that change is possible, even when it doesn't seem like it. I work with my clients in kind, support and concrete ways to help them better understand themselves and make the changes that would allow them to get where they want to be.
