Sometimes life’s challenges can leave us feeling lost, hurt, angry, or confused. We all have unique experiences that shape who we are and sometimes we need a little support navigating those experiences and feelings. My style is to partner with you to identify and work through the struggles while building on the strengths that make you uniquely you. I enjoy working with individuals of many different races, religions, genders, and cultures. Counseling sessions with me are collaborative and laid back. My approach to each session is as unique and individualized as each person I serve. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and work through a trauma-informed lens to help gain understanding and growth. Some of the interventions I am trained in include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
