Hi! I'm Constance. I bring a curious and patient presence to the therapeutic relationship. I am dedicated to helping you resolve confusing emotional responses due to childhood abuse, sex assault, and otherwise difficult relationships with caregivers. I'll help you understand how these experiences got stuck and how to resolve them so you can finally move forward. As a queer, neurodivergent human with early childhood wounding, I firmly believe that the current systems in which we all live, work, and love perpetuate and encourage cycles of violence. I understand first-hand how our early life experiences can shape our outlook, behaviors, and access to resources into adulthood. I choose to promote harm reduction and restorative practices. I have extensive training in approaches that I myself have experienced in therapeutic spaces and I trust in their efficacy. You are welcome here. Select "Request Appointment" to schedule a consult call. I look forward to hearing from you.
