Connor Tripp, PhD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist Connor Tripp
Specialties: Emotion Regulation, Trauma, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Parenting,

Introduction

I enjoy working with individuals seeking treatment for depression, anxiety, and trauma, and/or individuals seeking to change unhelpful habits, gain emotion regulation skills, navigate new life transitions (e.g., career, marriage, parenthood, etc.), or adjust to living with chronic pain or other chronic health concerns. Given that I specialize in working with adults, parenting concerns are often factors that impede personal well being. As such, I also enjoy working with parents seeking support in parenting older adolescents and/or young adults. I aim to collaboratively work with individuals to build insights & select evidence-based treatments to best serve them on their path toward personal well-being. With a background in health psychology, this can often mean building an understanding of their psychological needs, as well as health & wellness broadly, and collaboratively tailoring treatment. I would love to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to connect and schedule an intake!
