My name is Connor (he/him) and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Herrerra, LCSW-S (#58829). I am a graduate of UT Arlington and have had the privilege of spending several years supporting high school and college students, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you are struggling with mental health, difficult life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you feel accepted and empowered. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy and often bring elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and even humor into my work with clients. I recognize that no two people are the same, so I work to tailor my approach to offer what you want and need from our time together. To accommodate busy work and class schedules, I offer flexible evening and weekend sessions. While I am not in network with insurance, I offer a sliding scale to keep things affordable and accessible.
