I’m a licensed clinical social worker. My therapeutic approach takes into account your entire life, drawing on my social work expertise. I utilize a solution-focused, strength-based modality to guide our sessions together. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced past trauma, and I am committed to helping them on their journey towards healing. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people heal and become the best version of themselves. It's my firm belief that everyone deserves the chance to overcome life's challenges, navigate their emotions, and manage their stresses. I consider it a true privilege to be able to support others when they need it most. And let's be honest, who among us isn't in need of a helping hand from time to time?
